As I’ve previously mentioned, I’m a big fan of Shopify for building clients’ ecommerce websites. But even I have my complaints about it, and one of my biggest peeves is how hard it is to find quality apps and add-ons for smaller stores and new businesses. With over 500 apps in their store Shopify is hardly lacking in extras, but a lot of those add-ons really seemed aimed at larger businesses (translation: expensive or ultra complicated), or they are so niche in their functionality that the vast majority of stores won’t have any use for them. However, there are some fantastic apps out there if you know where to look – and now you do, because I’ve just saved you the trouble of hunting for them! 03. A/B Test Like a Pro With the Experimentor App

Experimentor is a recent discovery of mine, but it solves a super common problem for my clients: A/B testing. Because Shopify’s checkout is hosted on a different domain from the rest of your website, this can cause problems when trying to use third party A/B testing tools.
